Aristia has experience working with clients who are recovering from accidents, injuries and chronic pain. She also offers massage for those in cancer treatment.

Kim Bellerive, LMT
Kim is a lifelong resident of Charlton, along with her husband of 23 years, and two sons. She is an avid runner and hiker. Through her own injuries and working with others like her, she discovered the benefits of massage therapy by reducing inflammation and scar tissue, while increasing range of motion and mobility.
Kim pursued formal training at Spa Tech Institute in Westboro, in 2006, graduating as a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2007. Since then, she has continued her education through numerous continuing education courses and self-study.

Sonya Casey, LMT
Sonya is an experienced therapist who graduated from Central Mass School of Massage and Therapy in 1999 and then continued her education through Bancroft School of Massage. She specializes in therapeutic body work including pain management, craniosacral/myofascial therapy, stress reduction and deep tissue massage. Sonya is certified in Pregnancy/Infant Massage and in Craniosacral/Myofascial Therapy through Dr. Barry Gillespie, and is a LaStone therapist. Her goal is to help maintain a balance between mind, body and spirit and to promote wellness with her clients. Sonya is also a Health Coach, which benefits her clients to live a healthy life style with clean eating.
